BRIEF—Simbec-Orion group unified under one brand

The group of companies previously known under the brands Simbec Research, Orion Clinical, Orion Santé and Seirian Laboratories have been unified under a single banner, Simbec-Orion.

The company will offer full-spectrum contract research organization (CRO) services across healthy volunteer and patient-based clinical studies.

Chief executive Ronald Openshaw said: “While each division’s branding had historical significance pre-merger in 2013, we’ve grown considerably in the time since, forging a distinct identity as Simbec-Orion.”
