BRIEF—Senior appointment at Jazz Pharma

Jazz Pharmaceuticals has appointed Samantha Pearce as senior VP for the European and Rest of World markets.

Ms Pearce was formerly VP and general manager of Celgene’s global business, and she has also held management positions at AstraZeneca.

Commenting on her appointment, she said: “I am thrilled to join Jazz at this exciting time of growth and expansion. I look forward to working with the talented team to help address the needs of people living with chronic and often debilitating neurological conditions or life-threatening cancers across Europe and around the world.”
