BRIEF—Russia's pharmaceutical labor market in the new reality

Describing the current situation on the labor market in general, experts from the recruiting company Cornerstone note that due to the need to accelerate the transition to import substitution in the country, it will be necessary to attract new personnel, primarily in the industrial sector.

“It is strategically important to ensure the uninterrupted production of industrial goods - in this regard, a number of enterprises will reorient themselves to the production of domestic analogues of foreign products,” Cornerstone stressed.
