- MacroChem has been given the go-ahead in the USA to begin trials of its erectile dysfunction product, which combines prosta-glandin E1 and a proprietary skin absorption enhancer called SEPA. The treatment could replace intrapenile injections, which are unpopular and can cause side effects, with prolonged use.
