SYNTHELABO ACQUIRES VITA FARMACEUTICA
French pharmaceutical concern Synthelabo has acquired, through its subsidiary LIRCA, the Italian company Vita Farmaceutici, which has products under license from Delagrange. Synthelabo has also divested the Calaire Chimie fine chemicals company, which was part of the Delagrange group which was acquired by Synthelabo last year.
