Australia's pSivida says that it has amended its license and collaboration deal with USA-based Alimera Sciences relating to its Medidur drug delivery system. Under the new terms, pSivida's share of future profits will drop from 50% to 20% in exchange for a payment of up to $78.0 million from Alimera.
