Windtree Therapeutics agrees licensing deal for novel heart meds
USA–based heart disease specialist Windtree Therapeutics (Nasdaq: WINT) has entered into a license agreement with Lee's Pharmaceutical, related to its candidate istaroxime.
Windtree is a biotech focused on advancing late-stage interventions for critical cardiovascular disorders.
Hong Kong-based Lee's Pharma has agreed terms for a license to develop istaroxime, a first-in-class heart disease med, in China.
