Caliway Biopharmaceuticals (TWSE: 6919) has successfully completed its initial public offering, raising NT$6.4 billion ($206 million), the largest IPO in Taiwan's biotech industry to date.
Caliway focuses on developing novel small-molecule therapeutics, with an emphasis on aesthetic medicine and other areas of unmet medical need.
The company's up-listing to the Taipei Exchange marks a significant milestone, with Caliway now valued at approximately $3 billion.
