Summit in Moscow seeks further integration of EAEU market

Russian pharma trade group the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (AIPM) has reported from Moscow on a recent major summit which brought together regulators, industry players and other interested parties in the region.

The summit, titled “Common market of medicines within the Eurasian Economic Union - modern trends of medicinal products regulation and enforcement,” was aimed at discussing further integration of the pharmaceuticals market in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) region.

The common market for medicines in the EAEU area was introduced earlier this year.
