Social media is proving to be a powerful force in creating conversations with patients, and increasing numbers of pharmaceutical organisations are recognizing its potential. According to Liz Skrbkova, Global Communications Manager at Novo Nordisk, “it’s encouraging to see many pharma companies dipping their toes in social media today, with some clear leaders at the front of the pack.”
