Faced with the unprecedented international urgency of the COVID-19 pandemic, global regulators have again held a meeting to discuss what they can do to ensure a quick, safe and effective vaccine.

This meeting, held once more under the umbrella of the International Coalition of Medicines Regulatory Authorities, was jointly organized by the European Medicines Agency and the US Food and Drug Administration.
