At its annual investor meeting, Swiss pharma giant Novartis (NOVN: VX) has laid out details of a strategy to boost growth and offset the impact of looming patent cliffs.
The firm said that revenues from its innovative medicines are expected to grow strongly, and that it was initiating a share buyback of up to $2.5 billion, a reflection of its confidence in continued growth.
