The senior leadership team at Takeda UK has been strengthened by three recent appointments.
Following the move of managing director Trevor Smith Europe in a vice president role responsible for new product optimisation, Yasuhiro (Hiro) Fukutomi has been appointed as his successor.
As the new MD of Takeda UK (one of the highest performing Takeda affiliates), Mr Fukutomi is expected to bring this wide-ranging experience to bear on realizing the full potential of the UK market, building on the company's unique business model to drive sales growth through partnership with healthcare providers in line with the principles of Takeda-ism.
