Merck appoints Isabel De Paoli as new head of group communications

Germany’s Merck KGaA (MRK: DE) named Isabel De Paoli head of group communications effective March 9, 2016. She will succeed Walter Huber, who is set to retire in March next year.

In the new role Ms De Paoli will be responsible for all global communications at Merck.

Ms De Paoli will hand over operational responsibility for Group Strategy, which since the beginning of the year has also included Group Organization, to Heiko Schön.
