The heads of 36 European pharma trade groups have met in Vienna to discuss key issues affecting the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in the European Union today.
The meeting, one of three that are held every year, was held under the auspices of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) and was chaired by Ireland’s national trade body.
High on the agenda was a discussion around the EU Commission’s proposal for a common European Health Technology Assessment process.
