IDEAYA Biosciences (Nasdaq: IDYA) has announced a plan to raise about $263 million in a public share offering, which is expected to close around 11 July.
J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, and RBC Capital Markets are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
