UK-based medicines information company Datapharm has named Rich Cooper its new chief executive officer (CEO).
Mr Cooper has taken over from Simon Abrams, who has been credited for turning Datapharm into a leading software-as-a-service provider.
Boasting more than 25 years of pharma and healthcare experience, Mr Cooper has held previous leadership roles at AstraZeneca (LSE: AZN), Abbvie (NYSE: ABBV), Otsuka (TYO: 4578) and IQVIA (NYSE: IQV), as well as working at a senior level within a National Health Service (NHS) trust.
