EFPIA publishes open letter on EU trade mark reform, urging changes
The European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations has published an open letter to the European Parliament, member states and the Commission on the EU trade mark reform.
It urges support for harmonizing and modernizing the trade mark systems at substantive and procedural levels, based on the recent study of the EU Observatory of IP Infringements.
