Paris-based antiviral specialist Abivax has spoken in praise of the decision between the USA and Cuba on normalizing diplomatic relations.
It believes the initiative by US president Barack Obama and Cuban president Raul Castro to restore relations after 50 years of diplomatic hostility will represent an opportunity to access important discoveries made by life scientists in Cuba, which may have been overlooked until now.
