Concerns at proposed Danish medicines supply bill

Danish pharma trade group Lif has expressed concerns over a new bill that will make it mandatory for companies to set up safety stocks of critical medicines.

While the Lif agrees with the aim of the proposed bill in addressing supply difficulties, the group is far from convinced by the detail.

The law will oblige companies to set up safety stocks and guarantee that they are capable of delivery for at least eight weeks.
