China’s State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) has vowed to build more intellectual property protection centers around the country.
The reports in China Daily, the mouthpiece of the Chinese government, indicate that authorities will add to the 19 existing facilities of this type nationwide.
SIPO head Shen Changyu said: "China will strengthen intellectual property protection to fulfill its international obligation as well as increase China's economic competitiveness.”
