Italian family owned pharma company Chiesi has unveiled its new headquarters at Manchester Green, near Manchester Airport in the UK.
The decision to expand comes from good growth reported for the last five years, with the new headquarters housing 80 permanent staff across medical, sales, marketing and operational functions. The premises has undergone a complete refurbishment and marks a move from Cheadle, near Stockport, UK.
Tom Delahoyde, managing director of Chiesi, said: “This is a very positive and exciting move for Chiesi Ltd and a significant milestone in our development. Our operations have grown dramatically over the last ten years to the point where we are now one of the main pharmaceutical employers in the North. We take pride in our roots in the North West, and in Manchester Green we can look forward to continued growth."
