BRIEF—Canada's Innomar buys regulatory consulting firm Therapeutic Products

Canadian drugmaker Innomar Strategies, a division of US drug wholesaler AmerisourceBergen, has acquired the regulatory consulting firm Therapeutic Products (TPIreg).

Innomar says that with the purchase it aims to become a “full service” distributor and support services company offering comprehensive commercialization services.

TPIreg founder Anne Tomalin and her team will join Innomar to offer support in the areas of regulatory marketing and clinical trial applications, quality assurance, drug establishment licensing (DEL) and support, and post marketing regulatory activities regarding safety and supply chain management.
