US President Joe Biden has announced an additional $150 million in funding as part of the ongoing Cancer Moonshot initiative.
The funding, revealed during an event in New Orleans, will support eight teams across the USA in developing technologies to enhance the success of tumor-removal surgeries.
The ARPA-H funding will be allocated to institutions such as Dartmouth College, Johns Hopkins University, and Tulane University, focusing on innovations like advanced imaging systems and next-generation microscopes.
