Avadel Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: AVDL) is presenting new data in eight posters at the World Sleep 2022 congress in Rome.
The company is developing FT218, an investigational formulation of sodium oxybate designed to be taken once at bedtime for the treatment of excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) or cataplexy in adults with narcolepsy.
Avadel has already submitted the therapy for regulatory approval in the USA, based on results from the Phase III REST-ON trial, which met all co-primary efficacy endpoints.
