AusBiotech welcomes Australia's policy to boost manufacturing

Ahead of the federal election scheduled for September 7, trade group AusBiotech has welcomed the Australian Coalition’s policy aimed to boost the competitiveness of Australian manufacturing.

It noted the key elements of the policy, including the restoration of the Export Market Development Grants (EMDG); the A$50 million ($44.7 million) transition grant program; and the appointment of a Trade and Investment Minister.
