Another blow to Obamacare as Anthem threatens to pull out of exchanges

Jubilant Democrats may have to put the champagne cork back in the bottle - the Affordable Care Act (ACA) - Obamacare - isn't out of the woods just yet.

Weeks after healthcare giant Humana withdrew from the state health insurance exchanges set up under Obamacare, another major insurer is rumored to be following suit.

The Washington Post reported that Anthem was “leaning towards exiting” many parts of the exchanges, citing Wall Street analysts who met with the company. Anthem currently has over 800,000 members enrolled through exchanges in 14 states.
