Almirall boosts engagement with tech start-ups

Spain's leading drugmaker Almirall (ALM: MC) is to work with Plug and Play, a health tech firm, to accelerate digital innovation in dermatology.

Through this collaboration, Almirall will enter into the Plug and Play Health program, an initiative aimed at fostering collaboration between digital start-ups.

The program connects corporations and investors with start-ups in the health industry, to support work in areas such as digital health, nutrition and patient engagement.
