A quartet of companies have been named and shamed for breaching the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry’s (ABPI) code of practice.
Companies from Switzerland, France, Japan and the USA are named by the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA), the self-regulatory body which administers the code independently of the ABPI.
The breaches will be published in British Medical Journal, the Nursing Standard and the Pharmaceutical Journal this month.
