Pentixapharm pads pipeline with strategic acquisition

Pentixapharm has announced the acquisition of the target discovery business of fellow German firm Glycotope.

This strategic move includes a portfolio of preclinical antibodies, laboratories, cell banks, a tumor target database, and essential equipment for developing radiopharmaceuticals.

As well as significantly bolstering Pentixapharm's intellectual property, doubling its development pipeline, the acquisition will also expand business and clinical development opportunities.
