- Mylan Pharmaceuticals and STC Pharmaceuticals, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly, have signed an agreement under which Mylan will distribute a generic form of Lilly's oral antibiotic Ceclor (cefaclor) in the USA on behalf of STC. In addition, Lilly and Mylan have have signed a series of agreements whereby Lilly will have the opportunity to copromote a variety of current and future Mylan products to be mutually agreed upon.
