Linde AG In Ukraine Deal
- Linde AG of Germany has forged an agreement with the Ladyzhin enzyme plant in the Vinnitsa region of Ukraine to set up a joint-venture facility for penicillin production. Linde will invest over 200 million Deutschemarks ($128 million) in the plant, which should come on-line in early 1997.
