Specialist pre-clinical contract research organization (CRO) and ion channel screening company Metrion Biosciences has announced the appointment of Lee Patterson as its new chief executive.
An experienced life sciences and CRO executive, Mr Patterson will guide the UK company as it seeks to execute an ambitious growth strategy, enhancing its specialist services and expanding further in key global markets.
He succeeds Andrew Southan, who has decided to step down as chief executive after five years in the post.
