Summit Therapeutics (Nasdaq: SMMT) on Sunday announced data from the primary analysis of the Phase III HARMONi-2 trial featuring the novel, potential first-in-class investigational bispecific antibody, ivonescimab compared to Merck & Co’s (NYSE: MRK) mega blockbuster drug Keytruda (pembrolizumab).
Florida, USA-based Summit’s shares rocketed up 56.7% to $19.10 in pre-market activity this morning.
The data were presented as part of the Presidential Symposium at the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer’s (IASLC) 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC 2024) in San Diego, California.
