IPO announced by MBX

MBX Biosciences, a US biopharma focused on the discovery and development of precision peptide therapies for the treatment of endocrine and metabolic disorders, has announced the launch of its initial public offering (IPO).

The estimated IPO price is between $14 and $16 per share. MBX has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “MBX”.

Proceeds from the offering, together with MBX’s existing cash and short-term investments, will fund the continued development of MBX 2109 and MBX 1416, the company’s two clinical stage programs, and MBX 4291, its preclinical stage program, as well as discovery research and development activities and additional clinical development.
