Inex of Canada sets up Protiva cancer subsidiary
Inex Pharmaceuticals of Canada has set up a subsidiary company, namedProtiva Biotherapeutics, which will develop cancer and inflammation drugs using the former's gene-delivery technology. A $1.5 million private round of seed capital funding has been completed and "an experienced and separate management team" has already been recruited.
