Hi-Tech's Lactulose Products Approved
Hi-Tech Pharmacal has received US Food and Drug Administration approval for Abbreviated New Drug Applications for two lactulose solution products, the generic equivalents of Marion Merrell Dow's Chronulac and Cephulac. Industry brand sales are in excess of $3 million and generic sales are more than $6 million and growing, according to Hi-Tech's president Bernard Seltzer.
