Hefame president leaves due to internal problems
Francisco Ortega, president of Spanish drug distribution companyHefame, has departed due to internal disputes between managers over the firm's future direction. Hefame is currently aiming to merge with a rival drug firm, which could include both leading drug distributor Cofares and Andalucia's Cecofar. A merger between the three could create a group with sales of 500 million pesetas ($2.7 million) this year and a local market share of 40%.
