Glaxo Wellcome Issues Lamictal Warning
- Glaxo Wellcome has issued a warning that the risk of allergic sideeffects associated with its epilepsy drug Lamictal (lamotrigine), could be up to 10 times greater than GW first believed, according to new research. The allergic reaction may even be fatal in a small number of cases, says the company.
