US pharma giant Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) and the Scripps Research Institute have accused generics company Dexcel Pharma Technologies of patent infringement.
Founded in 1968, Dexcel is Israel’s largest private drugmaker.
The lawsuit was filed last week in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
