Cambridge, USA-based Anthos Therapeutics has reported a new analysis from the landmark AZALEA-TIMI 71 study, demonstrated that the investigational Factor XI inhibitor abelacimab was associated with remarkably low levels of periprocedural bleeding in patients with atrial fibrillation (AFib).
The data were presented at a late-breaking session of the European Society for Cardiology (ESC) Congress by Anthos, which was founded by Blackstone Life Sciences on Monday.
