At its recent annual meeting in Prague, the Czech Republic, the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) re-elected Franz Humer (chief executive of Roche) as president for another year. It also elected as vice presidents of the Association Jean-Francois Dehecq, CEO of Sanofi-Aventis, and Arthur Higgins, chairman of Bayer HealthCare's executive committee.
