pharma.be, the umbrella organization of innovative biopharma companies active in Belgium, has highlighted the publication of the Transparency Register 2023.
This annual report provides a summary of the collaborations taking place involving pharma companies, healthcare providers, healthcare institutions and patient associations.
To provide transparency, these collaborations must be reported, as part of pharma.be’s code of conduct. The legal transparency obligation imposes pharma and medical device companies, both Belgian and international, to document premiums and benefits that they grant directly or indirectly to healthcare professionals, organizations in the healthcare sector or patient associations.
