Wave lands R&D partnership with British pharma major

Terms for a strategic collaboration in the area of cell and gene therapies have been agreed between Wave Life Sciences (Nasdaq: WVE) and GSK (LSE: GSK).

Wave is an oligonucleotide therapeutics specialist based in the buoyant biotech hub centered around Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The company brings to the table its PRISM technology, the only oligonucleotide platform offering three RNA-targeting modalities: editing, splicing, and silencing.
