The Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult (CGT Catapult) has highlighted what it regards as the UK's potential to lead the global cell and gene therapy sector.

The taxpayer-funded industry accelerator has compiled an annual review, outlining strategic actions which could help position the UK as a frontrunner in delivering advanced therapies.

The cell and gene therapy industry is at a pivotal point, with key milestones such as the success of CAR-T therapies proving their potential.
