TxCell raises curtain on new CAR Treg manufacturing process

France’s TxCell (Euronext Paris: TXCL) is presenting details of its CAR-Treg manufacturing process at the CAR-TCR Summit Europe in London.

The firm says it has established the first CAR‑Treg Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) process, ready for clinical testing.

Unlike the newly-approved CAR-T cell therapies which attack targets in oncology, regulatory T cells, or Treg cells, protect their target from being attacked by autoimmune disorders.
