Japanese drugmaker Takeda (TYO: 4502) has put plenty on the line to acquire NDI-034858 from privately-held US drug discovery company Nimbus Therapeutics.
NDI-034858 is an oral, selective allosteric tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitor being evaluated for the treatment of multiple autoimmune diseases following successful recent Phase IIb results in psoriasis.
