Omicron vaccine on the way as Novavax reveals new data
New data from East Coast, USA-based vaccine developer Novavax (Nasdaq: NVAX) provide a window into the potential effectiveness of its COVID-19 vaccine, NVX-CoV2373, against the Omicron variant.
Novavax is focused on developing and commercializing next-generation vaccines for serious infectious diseases.
The firm recently won conditional marketing authorization (CMA) in Europe for its Nuvaxovid COVID-19 Vaccine. A regulatory submission in the UK was completed in late October.
