North Carolinian firms join forces in immunotherapy

GeneCentric Therapeutics has acquired the data analysis and biomarker development firm Select ImmunoGenomics.

Both companies are based in North Carolina, USA. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Select ImmunoGenomics, a spinoff from the University of North Carolina, provides immunogenomic services to support the development of immuno-oncology drugs.
