Kymab continues to resist Regeneron's patent claims with victory on home soil

UK-based Kymab has won another court ruling, this time in its home country, in its global patent dispute with US biotech Regeneron (Nasdaq: REGN).

The Supreme Court of the UK noted that Kymab’s ability to create transgenic mice with the entire human antibody variable region depended upon its own inventions.

Dispute dates back to 2013
